Who are you?
We work at Ontario craft breweries and love the industry! We want to share our passion for beer and the industry: showing how great beer is from this province. Check out the Our Team page for more deets about our lives.
What kind of events have you done in the past?
We've done almost every kind of event you can think of. Bachelor/bachelorette parties, dinner parties, birthdays, corporate team-building events, group hangs, after-work socials, corporate training, weddings, funerals, divorce parties (maybe not those last two). Anywhere people are hanging out and having a good time, that's where we want to be!
How do I pay?
Tickets for public events are sold via Eventbrite. For private events we accept cash, credit or e-transfer. We require a minimum 50% deposit prior to us showing up. The rest can be paid day-of. We will shoot you an invoice to keep things nice and smooth.
It all depends on what you're looking for. We can do a 1-hour guided tasting of local brews for your office, or a 5-hour craft beer bar at your bachelorette party. Our Sausage Making and Beer Pairing workshops run around 2 hours.
We're never in a hurry, and we always encourage people to ask all the questions they want. We want you to get the most from your workshop!
How long are the workshops?
While we dabble in brewing ourselves, that is a whole other can of worms. Proper brewing takes 6-7 hours and a whole bunch of not-exactly-portable equipment. However, we will totally chat about the brewing process and home-brewing, and can guide you to some excellent resources so you can begin brewing up your own creations.
Will you teach us how to brew beer?
We find that our workshops work best with at least 6 people, but we're happy to do private workshops for as few as two beer lovers, if you're super keen.
What's the minimum number of participants?
We've worked with groups of 50 or more with no problem. We'll work with you to adapt our workshops to best fit your event and group size.
What's the maximum number of participants?
At the moment we aren't organizing guided brewery tours, but our friends at Brewtours have some great ones!
